These terms apply to your use of the Nipun IT Hub website (nipunithub.com) and to the website, mobile app, AI, API integration and digital marketing services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Using this website

  • The content on this site is for general information about our services. It is not professional, legal or financial advice.
  • You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, automated form submissions, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or uploading of harmful code.
  • We may change or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

Enquiries, quotes and proposals

  • Submitting an enquiry form or messaging us on WhatsApp does not create a contract. It only asks us to get in touch.
  • Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices. The final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal or invoice before work begins.
  • A proposal is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.

Projects and payments

  • Work starts after the proposal is accepted and the advance mentioned in it is received. Typical schedule: 50% advance, balance on delivery, unless the proposal says otherwise. Monthly services (SEO, ads management, social media, maintenance) are billed in advance each month.
  • Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments may pause work and, after a reminder, may lead to the project being closed with the work completed so far.
  • Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, SSL, ad spend, SMS or WhatsApp credits, stock media and app store fees are paid by you and are not included in our fees unless the proposal says so.
  • Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately.
  • If you do not provide content, approvals or access within 30 days of our request, we may close the project and invoice for the work completed.

Cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable; any advance paid is adjusted against it and the remaining balance, if any, is refunded within 14 working days.
  • Monthly services can be stopped with 15 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
  • Advertising spend passed to Google, Meta or other platforms is not refundable by us.

Your content and access

  • You confirm that any text, images, logos, data or accounts you give us are yours or you have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
  • You remain the owner of your content. You give us permission to use it only to deliver the agreed work.
  • Where you give us access to accounts (hosting, Google Ads, Meta Business, app stores), we use that access only for the agreed work and recommend you change passwords after the project ends.

Ownership of the work

  • Once the project is paid in full, the final website, app or design deliverables belong to you.
  • We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, code libraries and know-how used to build the work, and may reuse them in other projects. Open-source components are covered by their own licences.
  • Unless you ask us not to, we may show the completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

Marketing results

Rankings, ad performance, leads and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, platform policy changes and your own follow-up with customers. We work to industry best practice, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or revenue.

Support and warranty

We fix bugs in the work we delivered free of charge for 30 days after launch, unless a longer period is stated in the proposal. This does not cover issues caused by third-party updates, hosting problems, changes made by you or others, or new requirements.

Advertising on this website

This website may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party networks. We do not control the content of these ads. Clicking an ad takes you to the advertiser's site, which is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nipun IT Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or business, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
